If I can leave 0 stars I would, I had a bad experience with them about 2 years ago & I chose to try them again & yet once again I’m dissapointed. I was given a price over the phone & then at the time to pay, was told a different price. Of course I paid with no problem, but then the groomer proceeds to tell me my dogs nails were too short to trim (understood) , & she didn’t need a hair cut (she already had short hair & understood). Then when they left, I realize my dogs ears were never cleaned either , so not only was i over charged but also got less services than what was paid for. I called back right away & the girl confirmed I was over charged,& that I needed to bring in my dog to get her ears cleaned for an additional $15 (as if they already didn’t over charge me) & she told me to call back the next day to speak to a supervisor Gabriela . I called back the next day and was told by Gabriela I would get my refund + someone would be out same day to clean my dogs ears & here we are … no one showed up & never got my refund . I will absolutely not go back & will never recommend this place to anyone .
